14-Day Group Cleanse
Not Just Any Cleanse!
The 14-Day Cleanse is a three-phase approach to cleansing. It is a pathway to release toxins from your body and reset your digestive system which can renew your baseline of well being. It is NOT a juice cleanse or extreme – you will be eating vegetables and fruits and will also have the option to add fish, chicken & turkey if you require (or desire) animal protein.
Yes, you could pull a cleanse off the internet (there are a million), but the coaching you receive with this is a valuable asset. If you want to have results that are sustainable, having a coach, the right information, accountability and plan can help make all the difference in a healthy approach to cleansing.
It can also lead to weight loss... just sayin!
Phase 1 - the pre-cleanse (2 Days) - planning is essential for a successful cleanse. Not having the right foods accessible when you are cleansing will make your journey a challenge. You may be hungry at times as your body adjusts, and in the absence of cleanse worthy options, you may struggle with staying the course. You will receive a list of foods, recipe samples and together we can plan so you achieve optimal results. You will be supported!
Phase 2 - the Cleanse (7 Days)- This is where you eat "cleanse" approved foods, remove toxins, reset digestion and establish healthy eating habits. You will feel cleaner and lighter!
Phase 3 - The Home Stretch - Reintroduction (5 Days) - is the reintroduction of certain foods that were eliminated and again, noticing how your body responds and determine if you've been dealing with any food intolerances you just weren't aware of.
